Alden Conway
Alden Conway joined Sterling Associates during the summer of 2011 as a Consultant Assistant, working with senior consultants to facilitate and support capital campaigns and strategic planning initiatives. Prior to joining the Sterling team, Alden taught English Literature, Grammar, and Philosophy to high school students at Espiritu Santo, a private school in Tela, Honduras. Upon her return to the States, Alden worked as an assistant director at Camp Ramleh, a small nonprofit organization with the mission of providing underprivileged children in the Newport County, Rhode Island area with a sleep-away camp experience. In Dallas, Alden invested much of her time as a Meals on Wheels volunteer.
Alden spent her high school years at St. George's, a boarding school in Newport, Rhode Island. After St. George's, Alden attended Vanderbilt University, where she received a B.A. in Economics and Spanish.
Aside from reading, running, and playing sports, Alden loves to travel, speak Spanish, and eat Tex-Mex. In her free time, she is working toward supplying Espiritu Santo with higher quality textbooks.
