Sterling Associates is a Houston-based consulting firm providing strategic fundraising, marketing, communications and management consulting to nonprofit organizations.

Founded by Kimberly Sterling, we have worked in close partnership with our nonprofit clients since 1988, tailoring the scope of our services and the duration of our relationships to meet the individual needs of each institution. We are deeply committed to providing excellent and creative support to our clients. We become deeply invested in the success of each and every project, whether we are helping to launch a startup organization or assisting in the development and implementation of a large and sophisticated capital campaign. We enjoy working in a hands-on fashion with the staff and boards of our clients to ensure their success.

We have successfully completed many capital, endowment, annual and other specialized fundraising campaigns for health and service organizations, independent schools, hospitals, churches, museums and arts organizations.
